Adam Cole vs Jay White Poised For All In?

As tickets continue to fly off the shelf for All In 2, Adam Cole has begun talking about who he could face off against at the historic event.

AEW All In Wembley takes place on August 27th, 2023, and will be broadcast from the historic Wembley Stadium.

It will be the first time AEW have put on a show in the UK, and passed the 43,000 ticket sales mark on just day 2 of their pre-sale. It has already outsold every WCW event in the company’s history.

One man who is looking forward to wrestling on the event is Adam Cole. He spent nearly a year out of the ring due to concussions recently, and is looking forward to stepping back into the ring at such a huge event.

He also teased an Adam Cole vs Jay White match, which would be huge for both the company, and him as an individual.

Jay White vs Adam Cole

Speaking to Monopoly Events, Adam Cole revealed his excitement for AEW’s debut show to take place in Great Britain.

He claimed he has “never been more excited for a show”, and revealed that the Wembley Stadium event would the biggest show he’s wrestled on in his entire career.

“One of the best things about AEW is there are so many countless possibilities of these absolutely incredible matches that could happen.

“In regards to the Wembley show, I don’t think I’ve ever been more excited for a show in my entire life. This will certainly be the biggest show I’ve ever been involved in.”

Cole then teased a match between himself and fellow Bullet Club alumni Jay White. Switchblade recently left NJPW to sign for AEW, and looks set to become one of the biggest heels in the company going forward.

Adam Cole vs Jay White would be a blockbuster match, pitting two of the world’s best wrestlers against one another. It is a match that Cole himself wants, as he said in that same interview.

“When you look at all these possible matchups, I think about me against Jay White could be cool, me against Kenny Omega would be something I’d really like.

“At the end of the day, regardless of who the opponent is, if I could challenge for the AEW World Championship at All In, that’s all I’m focused on.”

He also mentioned an AEW Championship match taking place at All In. MJF is the current champion, having defeated Jon Moxley last year for the belt.

MJF is set to defend his AEW Championship at Double or Nothing 2023, in a four-way against Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara and Jungle Boy.

Meanwhile, Jay White is likely to wrestle against Ricky Starks at Double or Nothing 2023, in his first big pay per view match since signing for the company.

An Adam Cole vs Jay White match would help AEW in selling out Wembley Stadium, so would be a no-brainer for Tony Khan to book.

Jay White has also been rumoured to be facing CM Punk at the event, which you can read about by clicking the link below.
