Britt Baker Admits She Doesn’t Like Thunder Rosa

Britt Baker has admitted that she doesn’t like Thunder Rosa, after months of rumors about their relationship in AEW.

Britt Baker vs Thunder Rosa was the biggest women’s feud in AEW history, with the pair wrestling one of the greatest AEW matches back in 2021.

They followed this up with a world title feud a year later, when Thunder Rosa defeated Britt Baker to win the AEW Women’s Championship.

However, Thunder Rosa suffered an injury later that year, although she did not vacate the belt for some months.

This was a bone of contention for the likes of Britt Baker, who aired their grievances on episodes of the AEW Unrestricted TV show.

Britt Baker recently spoke with the “Not Just Football with Cam Heyward” podcast, revealing exactly what she thinks about Thunder Rosa.

The former AEW Women’s Champion was asked about her previous injuries, and spoke about how she gets angry sometimes when injuries occur, although not at the person making the mistake.

“When injuries happen, sometimes yes, sometimes no. There are so many things that can go wrong, and most of the time, 90% of the time, they don’t.”

“Wrestling is inches away from being a career-ending injury if it’s mistimed or miscalculated. Most of the time, it’s an honest mistake or a timing issue. You can’t be mad about that.”

“If someone is getting wild and crazy and shooting in the ring, yeah, I’m going to be ticked off.”

She was then asked to clarify if she was talking about Thunder Rosa, who was accused of sandbagging wrestlers in the ring, and generally being a nuisance against some people in AEW.

Baker responded by admitting that, while she doesn’t like Thunder Rosa as a person, she still called her a “good wrestler”.

“Hey, you said it, not me. No, no, I will say in AEW, I’ve never had a moment in the ring where I was like, ‘I’m going to mess this person up.’”

“For the most part, we have a really professional locker room, which I’m very thankful for. My differences aside, I don’t like Thunder Rosa, but she’s still a good wrestler, I have to give that to her.”

Thunder Rosa is set to return to the ring on AEW Collision soon, while Britt Baker is a regular fixture on AEW Dynamite.
