Dave Meltzer has released his star ratings for all the top matches in wrestling this week, in the 29th September 2023 edition of the Wrestling Observer.
This included matches from WWE’s Raw and Smackdown, as well as bouts from AEW’s Collision and Dynamite (although matches for AEW Rampage Grand Slam are notably absent).
This week also saw NJPW put on one of their biggest PPV’s of the year – Destruction in Kobe 2023. This included a five-star match from Will Ospreay, who was awarded match of the week and wrestler of the week by Dave Metlzer.
