WWE fans are in shock as recently returned Dakota Kai seems to have leaked the return of War Games to WWE. The former NXT star recently returned to the company at Summerslam 2022, aligning herself with Bayley and IYO SKY upon her comeback to WWE.
While only two matches have been announced for Clash at the Castle, it would appear by a Dakota Kai leak on Twitter that she and her new teammates could be taking part in a War Games in Cardiff on September 3rd, 2022.
At Clash at the Castle, Kai will team with Bayley and IYO SKY to face off against the team of Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair. This is a blockbuster women’s match guaranteed to wow the Welsh crowd, and it was an image of the poster for the match that she shared on her Instagram account.
Sharing a graphic for the bout to her Instagram story, Kai interestingly posted as the caption on the photo;
“I smell war… and I’m game”
Her clear use of the words “war” and “game” were not lost on fans, who immediately began to suspect the first ever War Games match on the main roster was due to take place in Cardiff in September. Whether Dakota Kai leaked this match or not is unclear as she may just be posturing to keep up hype for the match, the fan reaction to the possibility of the match has to have Triple H thinking about bringing the classic match type back to WWE.
Dakota Kai had previously been released from her NXT contract in April, and was going by the name King Kota on social media prior to her return. She was hired back for Summerslam 2022 after Triple H took over the reins of WWE creative from Vince McMahon, who retired just prior to the big event.
The potential Dakota Kai leak for Clash at the Castle has not been confirmed by anyone, and there has been no talk outside of this post about War Games making it’s debut in Wales next month.

- Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre – Undisputed WWE Universal Championship
- Liv Morgan vs Shayna Bazler – WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship
- Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, and Asuka vs. Bayley, Dakota Kai, and Iyo Sky
