Former WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon has officially returned to the Board of Directors.
The former WWE Chairman resigned from the company last summer after allegations of sexual misconduct came out, accusing him and Johnny Ace of various things that forced their resignation from the company.
He made his intention to return to his company clear in December 2022 and has achieved his goal just days into 2023. He also removed three of the board of directors from the company and reinsitated himself and two of his own people. While McMahon has returned and the reinstatement of Barrios and Wilson has been confirmed, the three members that were removed are Alan M. Wexler, JoEllen Lyons Dillon, an Jeffrey R. Speed.
Two other board of director members have also resigned after the announcement was made and WWE have halted the trading of stock- indicating that a sale of the company may be imminent.
