Bryan Danielson Fractured Right Forearm In Okada Match

Bryan Danielson confirmed he fractured his right forearm, ten minutes before the end of his match with Kazuchika Okada.

The American Dragon forced Okada to tap out in the main event of Forbidden Door, using a variation of the LaBelle Lock.

Due to his right arm being incapacitated, he used his legs to sinch on the maneuver, leading fans to suspect something was wrong.

Danielson confirmed in the post-show media scrum that he had fractured his right forearm about 10 minutes before the end of the match.

Speaking at the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door Post-Show Media Scrum, Bryan Danielson confirmed he suffered an arm injury in the main event, thought of to be a broken arm.

I was planning to wrestle on Wednesday this week. I don’t think that’s going to happen because, in this match specifically, we think I fractured my right forearm with about 10 minutes left to go.

The AEW doctors think it’s going to be six to eight weeks for this specific injury.

The stuff after Revolution, after the Iron Man match with Max I had a torn labrum and some compressed vertebrae. It’s fine, it’s just wrestler stuff.
