Dudley Boyz Reunion Is Not Happening Because “D-Von can do it anymore”

Bully Ray has confirmed that the Dudley Boyz are unlikely to reunite inside the ring again, disappointing fans of the WWE and ECW legends.

The former WWE Tag Team Champion has recently been wrestling in Impact wrestling, with no return to the WWE on the horizon.

He most recently teamed with former partner D-Von Dudley in the WWE in 2016, before he refused to sign a new deal and instead move on to Ring of Honor.

The pair have not teamed up since and there were rumours of a rift between the two. It is true that D-Von stayed in the WWE as a producer when Bully Ray left, but there was little-to-no heat between the two.

This was revealed by Bully Ray during an interview with Chris Van Vliet. The WWE Hall of Famer revealed that D-Von can’t wrestle any more due to his health, which is the reason for their lack of reunion.

“Physically, I don’t think so because I don’t think that D-Von can do it anymore. We’ve had the conversation, and for the world to know, because people on social media take things out of context and run with s***, it’s ridiculous.

Me and D-Von have been like this (tight) since day 1. There has never been an issue with me and D-Von. All this sht that you like to run with these clickbait headlines, f*ck off.”

Bully Ray, who went by Bubba Ray Dudley in the WWE, was asked about if there was any heat between himself and his “brother”. He quickly shot down any notion of that, claiming that they simply just live in different places and run their own respective wrestling schools.

“Zero. None. D-Von said, ‘Bubba has his school. I have my school.’ Yea, because I moved out of Florida. D-Von wanted to do a school on his own. This is just normal stuff that went on. There’s zero heat.”

Bully Ray currently wrestles in Impact wrestling and is a thoroughly controversial figure in wrestling nowadays.
