Logan Paul’s WWE Contract Is Expiring After WrestleMania 39

WWE Superstar Logan Paul has revealed that his contract with the company will expire after WrestleMania 39, ending one of the best rookie years in WWE history.

The controversial Youtube star first appeared in the company in the build up to WrestleMania 37. He accompanied Sami Zayn to his match against Kevin Owens, sitting at ringside at WrestleMania.

He saw Sami Zayn lose to Kevin Owens, before entering the ring himself and eating a Stunner from the former Universal Champion.

Logan Paul then signed a contract with the WWE to wrestle, making his debut the following year. At WrestleMania 38, he teamed with The Miz to take on the father/son duo of Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio.

He wrestled three more matches over the next year. He beat The Miz at Summerslam 2022, before taking on Roman Reigns for the world title at Crown Jewel 2022.

He lost to Reigns, but put on an incredible performance that made the wrestle world shift it’s focus to Logan Paul. Sadly, he suffered an injury in that match that kept him out of action until 2023.

Paul returned to the WWE at the Royal Rumble, as a surprise entrance into the match. He eliminated Seth Rollins from the match, but it was his mid-air collision with Ricochet that was the highlight of the entire show.

He is now set to wrestle against Seth Rollins, in a huge blockbuster match at WrestleMania 39. However, this could be Logan Paul’s last match, given the recently revealed contract situation between him and WWE.

Logan Paul WWE Contract

On his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul revealed that he signed a one-year deal with the WWE last year, which expires shortly after WrestleMania 39.

Paul has been a big star in the company since his debut, bringing a huge amount of eyes to the product from his millions of Youtube subscribers.

However, his run in the WWE could be coming to a close, after Logan Paul said this about his WWE contract on his podcast;

“My contract ends this WrestleMania. My rookie year is about to be up. A good rookie year.”

They also discussed the rumoured $20 million offer that the WWE made to Lele Pons ( a fellow influencer). Logan Paul revealed that WWE reached out to him to deny the rumour.

“They reached out to me and were like, ‘FYI, we did not offer Lele Pons $20 million.’ I knew that, I didn’t think anyone would take it serious.”

WWE will likely be hoping to sign Logan Paul to another WWE contract. He has been fantastic in the ring in the few matches he has had so far, and has the potential to be a champion in the WWE if he puts the work in and continues to wrestle for the WWE.
