A new Darby Allin reality show, set to replace “Rhodes to the Top”?

Would you watch a new Darby Allin reality show called “Darby’s Day Off”?

AEW Star Darby Allin has been filming for a new reality show for WarnerMedia, new reports have released.

The new Darby Allin reality TV project has been named internally as “Darby’s Day Off”, and the former TNT Champion has been filming footage for the project for an undetermined amount of time.

Very few details have been revealed about the show, but it is likely that it would feature Darby Allin in his life outside of AEW. It could explore his hobbies such as skateboarding, film making or hanging out with his uncle Sting.

Darby Allin’s new reality TV show could be WarnerMedia’s attempt to replace the leaving Cody Rhodes and Brandi Rhodes. The pair were the stars of the hit reality TV show “Rhodes to the Top” which chronicled the couples life, and featured backstage footage from AEW shows.

That show debuted last year, but is set to be cancelled after Cody Rhodes was released by AEW due to failing to agree a new deal after his contract expired.

Fightful Select confirmed the rumours about Darby Allin’s reality show, but stated that he was not the only AEW star interested in projects with WarnerMedia.

“In addition, we’ve heard that other All Elite Wrestling talent over the past year have been mentioned as potential reality stars for the network, including at least one that is headed to the company imminently.” Fightful Select reported exclusively on their Patreon.

The reveal of “one that is headed to the company imminently” could be referring to Jeff Hardy, who looks to be signing for AEW in the coming weeks after his release from WWE in December.
