Former WWE Star Matt Cardona looks to be making a big return to AEW, as plans for the new AEW Collision TV Show ramps up.
A leaked memo from AEW has claimed that Cardona is now signed to the company, and will be debuting on the first episode of the new show
Cardona debuted in AEW in 2020, wrestling a handful of matches on Dynamite alongside Cody Rhodes.
However, his character was indistinguishable to his WWE persona, which did not get over with the fans and soon saw him being released from the company.
Matt Cardona then moved onto the indie scene, where a pro-WWE character made him the biggest heel in wrestling, seeing him win multiple championships all over the country.
He teased re-signing with the WWE multiple times over the last few months, but it now looks like Cardona is heading back to AEW, as part of the new Collision show.
