Ryback to AEW? Check out the latest Ryback AEW Debut news and rumours.

Ryback has never been quiet since he left WWE in 2016. He’s constantly taking surveys on where he should go next, with the answer usually being “retire”. However, Ryback’s AEW debut could be sooner than we think. CM PUNK SET FOR AEW DEBUT?

Fomer WWE Stars are not off limit for AEW, having debuted both WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry at Double or Nothing, and former Cruiserweight Champion Leo Rush in the Casino Battle Royale.

However, the former Intercontinental Champion could be on his way to Tony Khan’s promotion. He hinted at being a surprise debut at Double or Nothing, sharing an animation of himself in front of slot machines. Casino games are them theme of Sunday’s AEW pay per view, so it could be hinting at a future debut.

Ryback to AEW is a very real possibility. Ryback has had stem cell treatments recently for back and shoulder injuries and he’s back to ring-ready shape. He hasn’t wrestled for any mainstream promotion since his WWE release in 2016, but The Big Guy is stoking the flames in the Ryback AEW rumours.

Sadly, all of the teasing by Ryback meant nothing as he was a no-show for the Double Or Nothing event, but this does not mean Ryback to AEW is off. Tony Khan knows how to subvert expectations, and if he does decide to bring in Ryback to AEW, it will surely be with a great debut storyline in mind.
