Three months ago live on AEW Dynamite, Sammy Guevara proposed to his long-time partner Pam in his hometown of Texas. Sadly, just two months later Sammy revealed on Twitter that the pair and amicably split up.

Sammy Guevara proposed to his girlfriend, Pam Nizio, inside the AEW ring in August 2021, before Dynamite went on the air.
In front of a growing crowd, he got down on one knee and popped the question, as Pam burst into the tears and the pair embraced in pure happiness.
The wedding was planned, but the date the pair were to be wed was not revealed. Guevara continued to wrestle full-time for AEW, although they spent the bulk of their time in Florida, due to the pandemic.
However, Sammy Guevara and his fiancee Pam broke up just months following their very public engagement.
On the 18th of December 2021, Sammy Guevara posted a joint statement on his Twitter, on behalf of both himself and Pam.
In it, they claimed that they still love each other, and are no longer in a relationship.

The following day, upon accusations of Sammy cheating on Pam with Tay Conti (now Tay Melo), he released a second statement, refuting those claims.
This shouldn’t have to be said… but my relationship with Pam ending had nothing to do with ANYONE else.
Pam and I broke up back in October and just now felt was the time to make it publicly known.
So please stop pointing fingers and looking for someone to blame.
Sammy Guevara would go on to begin dating Tay Melo, with the pair tying the knot.
The couple got engaged in June in Paris and were wed on August 7, 2022, in Orlando. After getting married, Conti changed her last name to Melo, as Conti was the name of her ex-husband.

Little is known as to what happened to Pam Nizio after her eight-year engagement with Sammy Guevara was broken off.
