Has Bayley Been Released From WWE Following Vince McMahon Return?

It looks like Bayley could be on her way out of the WWE, just one day after Vince McMahon took the reigns back from Triple H as head of the company.

The 77 year old recently sold his shares in the WWE, with a rumoured sale price of $9 billion, to the Endeavor group, who also own the UFC.

This looks to have affected former Women’s Champion Bayley, who is rumoured to have been released from the company, just days after competing at WrestleMania 39.

Bayley was pulled from Monday Night Raw at the last minute last night, and was absent for the Damage CTRL match on the show.

According to Fightful Select,ย Bayley was scheduled to accompany Damage CTRL to the ring for their #1 contender’s match (women’s tag titles) against Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan.

Damage CTRL lost the bout, but commentary did not mention Bayley once during once. This has led to speculation about her potentially leaving the company.

Speculation about Bayley’s WWE release ramped up after WrestleMania 39, when she posted an ominous Tweet that sounded like she was saying goodbye to the company.

After losing to Becky Lynch, Lita and Trish Stratus at WrestleMania 39, talking about stories coming to an end.

The former WWE Women’s Champion Tweeted out “And sometimes the most romantic love story comes to an end. Bye”.

This Tweet seemed ominous, with the talk about stories ending implying that her WWE career, in the company that she loved since she was a child, could be coming to end.

Following this, fellow Damage CTRL teammate Dakota Kai tweeted “I Love You” followed by her Twitter, which gave fans the impression she could be saying goodbye to The Role Model.

Bayley has not commented on her potential WWE release, neither has WWE made a statement on the matter.

We will continue to update this page if any more information regarding a potential contract termination comes out.
