Saraya Wants Her Family As Part Of AEW All In Show

AEW star Saraya is part of a famous wrestling family, and wants them involved in the biggest wrestling show in British history.

This August, AEW are brining their All In show to Wembley Stadium, hoping to sell 90,000 tickets for their debut in the UK.

The show has already sold over 50,000 tickets before general sale, without announcing a single match for the event.

However, it is expected like big stars like Kenny Omega, CM Punk and Bryan Danielson will wrestle on the show, as well as a host of British wrestling stars from the past and present.

One of those stars is Saraya, who wrestled in the WWE as Paige. She was forced to retire from wrestling in 2017, but returned in 2022 as the new star signing by AEW.

She is expected to do battle with Jamie Hayter, in an all-English clash, for the AEW Women’s Championship at All In.

Saraya recently spoke to BBC Norfolk Radio about the event, and called the UK wrestling fans “crazy” as she looks forward to the event.

“The UK fans, while they’re crazy in a good way, if they’re having a great time that energy is incredible,” says Saraya.

“There’s no way to describe the energy until you’re actually there.”

Saraya’s Family In Wrestling

Saraya comes from the famous Knight family in wrestling, who have run a wrestling promotion in Norwich for decades.

She, along with her parents and siblings, have wrestled in the area for years, until she was snapped up by the WWE and sent to America at the age of 19.

Her siblings weren’t as lucky as her, although Saraya has stated that she wants to get her family involved in her match at Wembley Stadium, for All In.

“I wouldn’t be in wrestling if it wasn’t for my family” Saraya said,”I’m forever grateful for them for getting me into this business”.

My whole family is definitely going to be there”.

And hopefully they are part of the show in some capacity or capacity. I’m trying, trust me. I’m trying. I want them to be part of the show.”

Saraya’s brother, Zak, was recently showcased on the TV show “AEW: All Access”, being interviewed and shown training Saraya, prior to her return to the ring against Britt Baker at Full Gear 2023.

AEW All In 2 is set to take place at Wembley Stadium on August 27th, 2023. Click the link below for ticket information and more details about the show.
